Role Purpose

As the Senior Manager, Data Analytics, you will lead both the data and strategy teams. Your role is to elevate our data capability beyond reporting and turn insights into practical actions influence decisions across product, commercial, and operations. On the strategy side, you will drive market research, industry analysis, competitor scanning, and opportunity assessment. You’ll build a strong fact base, translate it into strategic choices, and turn those choices into clear, actionable plans. This includes market sizing, evaluating new business lines, and shaping long-term growth. You will work closely with senior leadership to align on priorities and ensure focus on high-impact areas. This is a senior leadership role for someone who is commercially strong, able to simplify complexity and confident in engaging at the executive level. You will need to connect information across the organisation and turn it into recommendations that drive growth and long term value.

In this role you will

• Build core dashboards and analytical models to give leadership a clear view of customer, product and commercial performance.
• Run deep dive analyses on key business issues to identify root causes, quantify impact and guide business actions.
• Translate data into clear, business relevant insights and present findings to leadership in a simple and actionable way.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify opportunities, risks and industry shifts.
• Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate new initiatives and support leadership decisions.
• Turn strategic priorities into practical plans by aligning teams, defining outcomes and tracking progress.
