About the role
We are looking for a talented Aquarium Retail Associate to join our team at ULTIMA CHANNA SDN. BHD. in Setia Alam, Selangor and also Taman OUG branch in Kuala Lumpur. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and relaxing retail environment. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and processing sales transactions
- Maintaining store cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping environment
- Packing online orders
- Restocking and replenishing products as needed to ensure availability
- Accurately handling cash, processing payments, and balancing end‑of‑day reports
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve store operations and customer satisfaction
