YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES : (But are not limited to) -Assist in the administration of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and employee relations. -Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and documentation management. -Participate in the planning and execution of HR events and initiatives. -Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR-related projects and any ad-hoc initiatives. EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS : -Currently pursuing a diploma / degree in HR studies or any related field -Good knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel -Positive attitude with good communication skills -Resourceful and a willing to learn mindset
