Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, LCCL, Diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred.
  • Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Able to work independently, proactive, able to handle pressure and meet tight timelines.
  • Have a good personality and a team player.
  • Able to accept or provide feedback and strive for improvement.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Open to candidates without experience too

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly financial reports, closing schedules, reconciliations and other accounting tasks as well as perform daily accounting operations.
  • Organizing accounting documents into folders and ensuring the completeness of documents.
  • Maintain the accounts file by filling all the relevant documents properly preparing, assisting, and updating monthly reports.
  • Assist in the preparation full sets of accounts and reporting on monthly basis.
  • Assist on daily finance operational matters, which includes but not limited to Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
  • Liaise with suppliers on invoice and payment matters.
  • Maintain proper filing and labelling of the company document
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed by the management from time to time
