Job description

Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss statement, Balance Sheet & Budget Project Cost Records.

Transaction Recording

Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and entered into the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner.

General Ledger Entries

Maintain and process general ledger journal entries as required by the accounting procedures.

Ensuring that financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Audit & Taxation Support

Liaise with auditors and tax agents to facilitate annual statutory audits.

Qualifications

Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent discipline.

Experience in Property & Constructions Field.

Familiarity with accounting software (Autocount & IFCA).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

Working experience in Property Developer & Construction background will be an added advantage.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to meet tight deadline, work under minimum supervision, multitasker & team player.
