Base pay range

Job Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely manner
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed
  • Responsible to handle daily accounting operational functions of accounts dept
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants and other regulatory statutory authorities
  • Other duties and responsibilities that may assigned from time to time
  • Assist Accounts Manager in all accounting related issues including audit, tax

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / STPM / PMR with Certificate / Diploma in Accounting / Finance
  • At least two (2) years related working experience in executive level
  • Required language(s) : English and Mandarin will be as added advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with pro-active attitude
  • Proficient in computerized accounting system and e-invoicing processes
