Job descriptionHigher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines. At least 1 year of experience in Rooms Departments in sizable Hotels. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Customer-oriented, outgoing, and self-motivated personality. Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua. About the Role
As a The Club & Guest Relations Officer , you will be assisting the daily operation of club lounge to ensure a smooth and personalized experience aligned with Shangri-La’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet VIP / Club guests and bid farewell.
- Provide a smooth check-ins and check-outs experience.
- Handle guest inquiries.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
