IT Technical Support

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Computer / Information Technology (Hardware)
• Have knowledge of IT Equipment.
• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel and possess a valid driving license (B2 / D)
• Proactive, independent, and understanding of the pressures and demands of clients.
• Experience in IT Network Operation capacity or / and a good understanding of the IT support operation is an advantage
• Fresh graduate with good learning attitudes is encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance.

Setup, configuration and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems and networks

Handling daily cases remotely and on-site support if needed.

Installation and configuration computer hardware, operating system and applications.

Provide IT support to users.

Networking (Switching, Wireless and Cabelling).

Based at : 1. SARAWAK

2. ZON TIMUR (KELANTAN)

3. ZON SELATAN (JOHOR)

4. ZON UTARA (PERLIS & PULAU PINANG)
