Process Manager (ME)

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Overall, in-charge for ME Assy, Front of Line, and Middle of Line / OSA assembly which includes optical alignment processes and passive attach of optical components.
• Responsible for making sure process yield target and UPH target are met and are in control.
• Manages current product ramp up, making sure processes are ready, qualified, documented and in control.
• Manages new product transfers from NPI to ME team, making sure process are ready, qualified, and documented.
• Conducts DFM, FMEA.
• Conducts in-depth failure analysis and works with internal and external support teams including RnD as needed for any process or quality issues related to function.
• Continuous Process capability / CPK improvement projects.
• Yield improvement / scrap reduction projects.
• HPU / UPH improvement projects, Cost saving projects.
• Manages the whole Assy, FOL, and MOL team and (technicians and engineers), and does other activities as directed by immediate superior.
