Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least Certificate PW1 / PW2 / PW3 / PW4 or SKM Level 1,2, or 3 in Electrical or Electronic or Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Required skill (s) : knowledge in electrical diagram, cabling works, coordination & testing of electrical installation and equivalent. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Microsoft office literate i.e Words, Excel and Power point Dental insurance Vision insurance
Responsibilities and Duties
- Utilize and maintain power tool, test equipment and measuring instruments.
- Complete panel wiring.
- Install all types of commonly used wiring.
- Locate and repairs faults in electrical systems.
- Read and interpret simple electrical drawings and general arrangement drawings.
- Inspect and interpret simple electrical wiring systems.
- Complete weekly and monthly and annual PMs (Preventative Maintenance) of equipment and building
- Organize and perform maintenance request and work orders
- Conduct troubleshooting and repairs as needed on Facilities equipment
- Ensure HVAC and refrigeration system are operating properly
- Maintain positive effective relationships with vendors, co-workers and both internal and external customers
- Ensure all mechanical / electrical equipment supporting the facility is maintained and functioning properly and make necessary repairs and / or perform maintenance, i.e., HVAC refrigeration, fire protection, plumbing, generators, etc.
