Summary :
We are looking for a Content Manager to lead the planning and execution of social media and digital content strategies. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mix of creativity and strategic thinking, who can manage content calendars, oversee engaging campaigns, and analyse performance to drive growth.
We’re seeking a professional who is hands-on, adaptable, and passionate about storytelling, with experience across multiple platforms and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and manage a structured content calendar across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter / X, YouTube)
- Conceptualise and oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content (visual, video, and copy)
- Monitor social media activity, foster community engagement, and respond to followers in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
- Analyse performance metrics and provide insights-driven recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
Content Planning & Creation :
Work with creative teams to ideate, brief, and execute campaigns that resonate with target audiencesDevelop storytelling concepts for brand campaigns, event promotions, and product launchesEnsure content is SEO-friendly and aligned with digital best practicesMaintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across channelsCampaign & Event Support :
Collaborate with the events team to design content strategies for campaigns, event promotions, and live coverageAssist in preparing content decks and proposals for internal and client-facing presentationsStay updated on industry and competitor trends to inject fresh, innovative content ideas into campaignsAnalytics & Reporting :
Track, analyse, and report on key content and social media KPIsUse data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimise future campaignsPresent findings and recommendations to management and stakeholdersRequirements
Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field4–5 years of experience in social media management, content planning, or digital marketing (experience in event / content-heavy industries is a plus)Events background preferredStrong understanding of digital platforms, trends, and community engagementSkilled in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer)Excellent command of written and visual storytelling; ability to craft engaging copyCreative mindset with strong attention to detail and design sensibilitiesProject management skills with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesComfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentBonus : Familiarity with basic design / video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut) for quick content turnaroundRequirements
Strong content ideation - Experienced with reading data and understanding analytics to translate it to workable ideas - Full of bold ideations
