Responsibilities
Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Take
accurate and detailed meeting minutes , distribute them promptly, and follow up on action items.
Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal / external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Assist with project coordination, follow-ups, and tracking of deadlines.
Organize and maintain filing systems (digital & physical).
Provide personal support when necessary, including errands and ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in
English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese (Mandarin) .
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital tools.
Strong note-taking and writing skills for meeting minutes.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
