About the role

Treone Group Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our construction projects in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a full-time Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What you'll be doing

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance with requirements.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Lead project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to achieve milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, issues, and delays.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in (industry – construction / engineering / manufacturing, please confirm).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
