We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to support our Hong Kong customers. Your main responsibility is to handle inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, chats, or emails from Hong Kong customers.
- Provide clear and polite assistance for inquiries, requests, or basic troubleshooting.
- Record customer details and follow internal procedures.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues when needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and helpful service.
Requirements
Must speak Cantonese fluently (reading & writing in Traditional Chinese is a plus).Good communication skills in English .Pleasant, patient, and customer-first attitude.Able to work onsite and follow scheduled shift hours.Fresh graduates are welcome — training is provided.Experience in customer service or call center support.Familiarity with Hong Kong cultural / communication style.Seniority Level
