Job description

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to support our Hong Kong customers. Your main responsibility is to handle inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, chats, or emails from Hong Kong customers.
  • Provide clear and polite assistance for inquiries, requests, or basic troubleshooting.
  • Record customer details and follow internal procedures.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues when needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and helpful service.

Requirements

  • Must speak Cantonese fluently (reading & writing in Traditional Chinese is a plus).
  • Good communication skills in English .
  • Pleasant, patient, and customer-first attitude.
  • Able to work onsite and follow scheduled shift hours.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome — training is provided.
  • Experience in customer service or call center support.
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong cultural / communication style.
