About the Job

We’re looking for a Video Editor (Social Media Content) who lives and breathes short-form storytelling. You’ll edit videos designed to capture attention, drive engagement, and spark conversations across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).

This role suits someone with a strong sense of timing, trends, and platform behavior — someone who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content that feels native, fresh, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities

Editing & Storytelling

• Edit short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and XHS.
• Craft visually engaging edits with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling flow.
• Add subtitles, transitions, music, and visual effects to enhance impact and watch time.
• Adapt content across different platforms while maintaining consistency in tone and message.
