Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya for a Marketing Operations Executive. The Marketing Operations Executive will be responsible for market planning and research, supporting sales, and ensuring effective communication across the organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and optimize marketing operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales operations tasks such as product inquiries (product quotation request and part number creation, etc) and ordering process (product order verification and submission, etc).
- Support the sales team on areas and issues related to respective processes (prices / orders / contracts).
- Maintain database with up-to-date information on all product prices / orders / contracts, etc.
- Manage contract renewal process (with customer) and follow up with sales team for progress updates regularly.
- Deal with suppliers to manage new orders / renewals / termination arrangements for products, etc.
- Support product marketing to deal with suppliers on new / existing product updates and ensure suppliers are compliance with the contractual rules / SLA as per the agreement signed.
- Manage the process of recurring service / maintenance payments to suppliers.
- Support product marketing in developing internal processes to succeed the product GTM.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders such as Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Sales, Legal, Customer Service to ensure smooth ordering, service support process management and improvement.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
