Base pay range

Up to RM 15,000 for Mid Consultant & RM 25,000 for Senior Consultant (can be increased to experienced consultants who have earned more).

About the job

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team (other functional consultants, business analysts, technical consultants / developers, project managers, etc.).
Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
Execute proper business requirements gathering and translate them into workable Oracle Fusion Financial solutions.
Conduct process analysis and recommend improvements to drive operational efficiency.
Configure Oracle Fusion Financial to meet business requirements while adhering to regulatory standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve application or process issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Prepare and maintain clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documents, and deliver end‑user training.

About the manager / team

The role is an individual‑contributor functional consultant role where you will work with other functional, technical consultants, business analysts, and project managers on a daily basis. The work includes support and end‑to‑end greenfield implementation of Oracle Fusion Financial.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in Oracle EBS / Fusion Financial within implementation projects or L2 / L3 support (preferred but not mandatory).

At least 1 full‑cycle end‑to‑end implementation project on a regional or global basis (preferred but not mandatory).

Exposure to one or more Oracle Fusion Financial sub‑modules : General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Tax, Revenue Management, or Advanced Collections (preferred).

Experience in sub‑ledger accounting, multi‑ledger environments, inter‑company flows, or financial controls (preferred).

Familiarity with Fusion Reporting (OTBI, FRS) and integration with SCM or HCM (preferred).

Core ability to translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.

Strong hands‑on configuration experience with Oracle EBS / Fusion Financial.
