Job Responsibility Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies : Plan and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns with clear KPIs. Content Creation & Social Media Management : Design and schedule engaging posts, videos (TikTok, XHS), and ad creatives across Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms, Performance Marketing & Analytics : Launch and optimize paid ads (Meta, Google SEM), monitor CPL and CTR, and generate insights to improve ROI. Market Research : Stay ahead of digital marketing trends to recommend and implement growth strategies tailored to specific industries and audiences. Client or Team Collaboration : Communicate with clients or internal teams to understand campaign goals and deliverables. Offline Events & Branding : Support marketing for offline promotions or events when necessary.
