Job description

Client : Real Estate / Construction / Developer / Property

Location : KL Eco City-reachable by LRT / MRT

Working hour : Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm

JD :

Digital Marketing Management

  • Execute digital marketing strategies across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging digital trends and media channels to ensure innovative marketing practices.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct research to gather insights on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitors.
  • Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations to support senior management's decision-making.

    • Awards Submissions

  • Assist in preparing and submitting entries for industry awards to enhance company visibility and recognition.

    • Branding & Awareness Campaigns

  • Support the development and execution of branding and awareness initiatives to strengthen the company's image.
  • Contribute to strategies that build a strong, consistent, and recognizable brand identity.

    • Advertising & Promotional Campaigns

  • Assist in planning and executing advertising and promotional campaigns for property developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and timely campaign delivery.

    • Vendor Management & Payment Coordination

  • Coordinate quotations from vendors for marketing activities.
  • Manage invoicing processes and follow up on payments to ensure timely transactions.

    • Sales Gallery Management

  • Oversee the maintenance and presentation of the sales gallery to reflect the company's branding and standards.

    • Event Management (On-site)

  • Support the planning and coordination of on-site marketing events and activities to promote developments.
  • Ensure event logistics and details are executed smoothly and efficiently.

    • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Pay : RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
