About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Planner to join our team in the HDD manufacturing industry. This role will be responsible for leading production planning activities, ensuring material availability, and driving demand-supply alignment to meet customer requirements. You will play a key part in supporting on-time delivery, inventory optimization, and overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of HDD products.
• Manage and optimize materials planning, ensuring timely availability of components and raw materials.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, and Engineering teams to balance demand and supply.
• Analyze customer forecasts and translate them into feasible production plans.
• Monitor capacity loading and identify bottlenecks to support continuous improvement.
• Drive inventory management initiatives, ensuring optimal stock levels while avoiding shortages or excess.
• Provide regular planning reports, KPI tracking, and updates to management.
• Lead and mentor junior planners, providing guidance on best practices and process improvements.
• Act as a key liaison with global and regional planning teams to support alignment with business goals.
