Overview
You will play a pivotal role in managing our key client relationships and overseeing the successful execution of projects. You will be responsible for maintaining strong client partnerships, understanding their business needs, and ensuring that our solutions exceed their expectations. Simultaneously, you will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Initiate, discuss and negotiate with merchant and business partners for marketing campaigns / promotions.
- Monitor and improve merchant sales performance.
- Conduct marketing surveys to gather information such as market trends, competitor activities and customer behaviour.
- Build and maintain good relationships between the company and merchants / business partners to create better business opportunities.
- Handle merchant / customer complaints and provide feedback to management to improve customer service.
- Coordinate enhancements or improvements of existing easy payment schemes to stay competitive.
- Propose effective easy payment POSM and create greater public awareness.
- Provide effective sales tools to MSE and merchants.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Marketing or related fields.3 years working experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Experience in product development is preferred.Possess own transport and able to travel outstation as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
