About the Role

The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests dining at the All Day Dining restaurant. She / he is responsible for greeting guests warmly, managing reservations and seating, and ensuring a smooth flow of guests during buffet and à la carte service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Manage restaurant reservations and maintain accurate guest records.
• Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with the service team about guest preferences and special requests.
• Handle guest inquiries, provide information on menu items and promotions.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order at the entrance and hostess counter.
• Support the F&B team during peak service periods.
• Ensure a professional, polished appearance and positive attitude at all times.
