Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in preparing, organizing, and updating tender, quotation, and contract documents.
  • Check the completeness of tender documents in accordance with client or authority requirements.
  • Handle photocopying, binding, scanning, and filing of tender documents for reference.
  • Monitor tender closing dates and ensure documents are submitted on time.
  • Communicate with suppliers, contractors, or relevant parties to obtain quotations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports for the administration and finance departments.
  • Provide general administrative support such as handling phone calls, email, quotations, invoices, and payment records, as well as assisting with any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Job Type : Contract

Contract length : 6 months

Pay : RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
