About the mission we offer you
She / he is permanently assigned to the project and relocated inside the Project Team to support the Project Construction Manager for the execution of all his / her duties, and, in particular, for the preparation of all deliverables required at the various phases of Home Office Construction activity for a given Project.
Main Challenges
- Extensive knowledge of technical know how and presentation (MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Proficiency in proposal techniques
- Experienced of involvement in Feasibility Study, Pre-FEED, FEED, EPCIC and HUC activities.
- Experienced in project execution of Floating Projects (FPSO, FSO, Semi Sub, TLP, etc.), Fixed Offshore platform, as well as Onshore Oil and gas facilities OR onshore Green Energy plant.
Main Accountabilities
Provides the daily physical link between the Project Construction Manager and the various Project Team positions and Engineering departments so that the latter may develop and produce the various deliverables in time and complete with all data specific to the Project, relevant construction execution requirements and environmental conditions.Prepares the Bid Inquiry packages and the list of potential bidders and obtains the relevant qualifications in coordination with the Subcontracting section (for the contractual aspects).Follows up on Bid Inquiries and relevant answers by keeping record of the relevant bid bulletins and prepares the recommendation for final negotiations / award during the bidding phase, in coordination with the Subcontracting section (for the contractual aspects).Prepares the general Method statement related to general site condition, for mechanical erection works and relevant price list and contributes to definition and design of Temporary Construction Facilities and Camp if applicable.Prepares the Project Construction deliverables list upon indication from the Project Construction Manager.Supports Project planning for all activities relevant to all Construction deliverables.Supports Project Construction Manager for the definition of Construction Measurement System database by daily coordination with the Project TeamAbout you
Possession of a BSc in Construction or Bachelor Degree in Engineering (any Fields) together with a minimum of ten (10) years construction field experience with at least eight (08) years supervising projects in the capacity of General Foremen / Superintendent / Construction ManagerOr Possession of a Diploma in Construction together with a minimum of ten (10) years construction field experience – with at least eight (08) years supervising projects in the capacity of General Foremen / Superintendent / Construction ManagerOr any equivalent combination of qualifications, training and relevant construction working experience will be consideredIt is a must to have knowledge and experience in Home Office Construction activities – minimun five (05) yearsExperience in Modularization activities and modularized projectsDemonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and MS ProjectsProven construction engineering and managerial skillsAbility to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersIn-depth knowledge of the management of construction sites from commencement to handoverIn-depth knowledge of laws and regulations governing large construction projectsIn-depth knowledge of OSH regulations and practiceIn-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, techniques and concepts.Working knowledge of the Last Planner System and other Lean Construction tools will be a definite asset#J-18808-Ljbffr
