Job descriptionSTPM or Diploma Certification in Communication Skills and SAP (added advantages) Proficient in spoken and written English Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Excel) Possession of a valid driving license and own transport is preferred

Responsibilities
- Communication with customers and stakeholders
- Coordination of urgent or exception orders
- Inventory discrepancy resolution
- System updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Documentation and record-keeping
- Handling shipment discrepancies and follow-ups
- Supporting rework or screening activities as required by the customer
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this position you must have valid rights to work and live in Malaysia
