Senior Consultant - TCMG at HTC Global Services

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide clear and detailed technical requirements to local IT and the Amplify Health team for all AIA Vitality initiatives requiring system enhancements or changes to the AIA Vitality Core and related systems.
• Manage delivery and project timelines in close collaboration with AIA+ team and IT to ensure timely implementation of all AIA Vitality enhancements, fixes, and releases.
• Supervise and guide Test Automation Engineers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that test scenarios, scripts, and results align with business requirements and system functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AIA Vitality applications in partnership with local IT and Amplify Health, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Support local IT teams in functionality testing and validation during app releases and production deployment cycles.
• Prepare and maintain business and technical documentation including BRDs, FSDs, test cases, and change logs for audit and knowledge continuity.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between business users, developers, and vendor teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
