Responsibilities
- To carry out all the administrative task in Carpark Management.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledgers on a regular basis
- Prepare financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
- Review and process expenses vouchers, invoices, and other fiscal documents for payment, reconcile monthly statements from vendors
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Monitor and report variances to senior management
- Provide financial analysis, plans, targets, and business drivers
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payment transactions and deposits, and prepare daily cash sales reports
- Manage credit and collection of accounts receivable, ensure prompt payment following
- Assist with internal and external audit processesReview financial documents and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
- Collaborate with department heads to keep them informed of financial status and discrepancies
- Interact with external parties such as vendors, consultants, and professional services personnel
- Identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements
- Implement best financial practices and technology to optimize financial procedures
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fieldProven experience as an accounts executive or senior executive or similar roleStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingProficiency in accounting software and MS Office SuiteExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Proficient in Mandarin SpeakingJob Type : Full-time
