We are looking for a hands-on

Data Delivery Team Lead

to spearhead the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise-grade Data & AI solutions across Southeast Asia. In this role, you will bridge business requirements and technical execution, drive solution architecture, manage delivery excellence, and mentor engineering teams.

You will work closely with business stakeholders in the

retail industry

to build and evolve a modern data platform on

Google Cloud

• . While there may be some light support for legacy systems on

Azure

, the primary focus will be on

developing and maintaining new, scalable data pipelines, analytics platforms, and orchestration workflows

and

MicroStrategy

Key

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise data platform and analytics projects, with a focus on migrating and modernizing legacy Azure-based systems to GCP.

Design scalable, secure, and cost-optimized data solutions leveraging GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Composer, Dataform, and Cloud Functions.

Drive data modeling best practices (conceptual, logical, physical), data quality, and governance frameworks to ensure reliable and trusted data.

Oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of ETL / ELT pipelines, orchestration workflows, and data lifecycle management.

Collaborate with BI teams (Tableau, MicroStrategy) to enable self-service analytics and enterprise reporting.

Manage delivery timelines, scope, and risks while ensuring stakeholder alignment and business value realization.

Coach data engineers, analysts, and team members to build technical excellence and delivery maturity.

Act as the primary technical point of contact, translating complex business problems into actionable solutions and architectures.

Requirements

Proven track record as a Technical Lead or Delivery Lead for enterprise-scale data engineering and analytics projects.

GCP Data Stack

(BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Composer, Dataform, Cloud Functions).

Azure Data Stack

(Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Logic Apps, MS SQL) is a plus, especially for migration projects.

data modeling

(dimensional, relational, and modern modeling approaches).

data pipeline development, orchestration, and monitoring

(Airflow / Composer).

Familiarity with Tableau, MicroStrategy, and enterprise BI ecosystems.

Understanding of data governance, metadata management, lineage, and security best practices.

Experience working with retail business data (sales, inventory, customer, and product analytics) is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead technical discussions with both business and engineering teams.
