Service Engineer

Extripod Electronics Technology expanded to SEA and we are reqruiting Service team and Sales cordinator.. EET main focus on supplying machines to semiconductor industries especially in Advance Packaging and Power Pakaging.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Georgetown for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing field service to ensure customer satisfaction, performing maintenance and repair tasks on equipment, and delivering technical support as required. The role requires active collaboration with team members and customers to ensure equipment performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and identifying technical issues effectively.
• Experience with Field Service operations and providing on-site solutions to clients.
• Strong Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Expertise in Technical Support to assist with diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions.
• Knowledge and hands‑on experience in Maintenance & Repair to ensure efficient equipment functionality.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with other team members as needed.
• Flexibility to travel as part of field service responsibilities.
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in engineering or related fields is preferred.
• Able to travel oversea to support
• Must be able to speak in English, Mandarin and Malay
