Requirements
What you’ll need to succeed :
- Possess at least SPM qualifications
- Able to converse in both Mandarin and English
- Cantonese will be an added advantage
- No experience required (Open for FRESH GRADUATES!)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to work during public holidays

Experienced in the Customer Service industry and the call center is entitled to salary negotiationsResponsibilities
Working shift : 9 hours including 1 hour break
Off days : 2 days per week
Locations : Cheras / KlSentral / Cyberjaya / Petaling Jaya (Reachable by public transport)
Salary packages : Basic + KPI + other allowances
