REQUIREMENT

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Diploma in Business Administration, any related field, or equivalent.
  • Ability to multitasking and prioritization.
  • Self-motivated, positive, self-directed, and responsible.
  • Knowledge in motorcycle field is an added advantage.
  • Able to read & communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Familiar with online platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Work as a team, hardworking, willing to learn and challenge.
  • Responsibilities

  • Customer Service : Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to orders, deliveries, and products.
  • Return & Refund Case Management : Manage return and refund cases from marketplaces (Shopee & Tiktok). Communicate with buyers and investigate all returned parcels. Make a decision for each case that leads to a win-win situation and minimizes the negative impacts.
  • Marketing : Assist in managing promotional tools and campaigns across online platforms. Support content creation, including video planning, shooting, and editing, to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
  • Data Analysis : Analyse e-commerce data, including sales trends, customer behavior, and website traffic, to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting : Generate and analyse reports related to e-commerce performance, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
  • Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Implement changes to enhance overall operations.
  • Provide support for miscellaneous tasks as directed by the supervisor and perform additional responsibilities as needed.

  • Salary Range : RM2,800 – RM3,400
