The role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at IRONWAY RESOURCES SDN. BHD. in Kulim District Kedah. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales and supporting the successful delivery of our construction and building industry projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate site visits, line walks, and assist in preparing quotations / proposals.
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support project planning by monitoring resources, costs, and timelines.
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Build strong client relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide administrative support to the sales team.

What we're looking for

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Structural Engineering, Building, Marketing / Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related industry building / construction is required
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work well with clients, suppliers, and site teams.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Experience in sales or project coordination (especially in construction / engineering) will be an added advantage.
