What You'll Do

Collaborate with business leaders to develop HR strategies that support business goals
Analyze workforce data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement
Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and talent development
Lead initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture
Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies while promoting best practices
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities
Act as a change agent by managing organizational transformations effectively

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a corporate environment

Strong understanding of HR processes, labor legislation, and best practices

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset

Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written

Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
