Sales Interior Designer

Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Architect, Construction Management or any construction related field.

Minimum 5 years of working experience.

Able to read & understand construction drawing. (Layout Plan, Demolishing Plan, M&E Drawing etc.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Possess a valid driving license & own motor vehicle travelling to site.

Project Responsibility

Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and design integrity.

Attending all meetings and communications with all internal and external team members.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Design Stage

Develop and present design concepts, detailed plans, and specifications to clients.

Develop and present design concepts to clients, incorporating their needs and preferences.

Create detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, furniture, and materials selections.

Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and best practices to ensure innovative and current design solutions.

Site Inspections and Approvals

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.

Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, furnishings, and accessories.
