Senior Manager, Credit (ID : 683749)

Overview

Identify potential credit risks and recommend / review mitigating credit policies, guidelines, and procedures.

Ensure all loans underwritten meet the company’s risk acceptance criteria and comply with credit policies, guidelines, and procedures.

Review and approval of credit proposals.

Ensure all loans reviewed and approved by the Credit Department meet the stipulated turnaround time.

Develop, train and lead a team of credit analysts.

Provide solution for meeting customers’ financial requirements.

Requirements

• Recognized Diploma / Degree / professional qualification in any discipline, preferably business related.
• At least 10-15 years relevant working experience, from BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
• Possess initiative, good analytical and communication skills.
