Kloudynet Technologies is looking for an energetic and highly organized Programs & Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is a unique blend of partner operations and sales development, focused entirely on maximizing our strategic partnership with Microsoft. It is a perfect role for a junior to mid‑level professional who is passionate about technology and wants to build a career at the intersection of sales and partner management in the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and research potential customers for our security and Azure services using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to generate new leads and schedule introductory meetings for the senior sales team.
- Qualify inbound leads and manage the top of the sales funnel.
- Assist the sales team in managing the Microsoft Co‑sell pipeline in the Partner Center Referrals workspace.
Microsoft Program Coordination (30%)
Assist in managing the Microsoft Partner Center, ensuring our company profile is up‑to‑date.Be the go‑to person for Microsoft's incentive programs, tracking ongoing projects such as UTP and working with technical and sales teams to gather documentation (PAL, CPOR, POE) for claims.Navigate various Microsoft portals to track performance against incentive and specialization requirements.Skilling & Training Coordination (20%)
Work with leadership to understand certification requirements for our Microsoft designations and specializations.Coordinate internal training sessions, manage exam voucher distribution, and track employee certification progress against our goals.Serve as the main point of contact for employees with questions about their training and certification paths.Qualifications & Skills
Experience : 1‑3 years in inside sales, sales development, partner coordination, or a similar B2B tech role.Sales Drive : Confident and professional demeanor, passion for connecting with new people, and a desire to build a career in sales. Outbound call experience is a strong plus.Highly Organized : Excellent organizational and time‑management skills; able to track multiple tasks simultaneously.Tech Savvy : Genuine interest in technology, especially cloud and cybersecurity; quick learner eager to understand the Microsoft ecosystem.Excellent Communicator : Strong written and verbal communication skills.Bonus Points for
