I. Job Summary : Description
Plans, directs, and coordinates software training of designated groups and stations to ensure that goals or objectives of project are completely and accurately accomplished, within prescribed time frame, by performing the following duties :
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Handle several training projects at any given time.
- Coordinate and work with multiple Project Implementation teams to fully define and document project scope and Functional Requirements and obtain Business Sponsor sign-off on them.
- Assist in the development and execution of all necessary project-specific documentation to define communication plan, roles & responsibilities, change management, risk management, issues management, and vendor management.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the Software Implementation Project plan and schedule from core team’s scoping documentation, identifying all of the tasks and durations, task dependencies, and critical paths.
- Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within scope. (Including training and Operations duties within the project)
- Recommend implementation of features and functions where appropriate.
- Gather business requirements as necessary and apply detailed working knowledge from BDP operations to compile a professional working SOP.
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports.
- Support designated stations after software implementation for a minimum of 3 months, by monitoring KPI’s, Reports and any inquiry from the operations team.
- All other duties as assigned related directly or indirectly with the Software Implementation Project
Primary responsibility is to manage training projects from inception to close with the creation and constant maintenance of project documentation. Be in constant communication with the project team and operations, and always be fully aware of project status. Region of responsibilities in APAC including India, however, should be able to support other regions when absences and PTO is used by the other trainers.
