• Technical Excellence : Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-quality backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and API development tools such as GraphQL, AWS Lambda, SQS, Kinesis, DynamoDB, Redis, SNS, OpenSearch, and SQL.
• Optimise system performance, reliability, and scalability through testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.
• Collaboration and Ownership : Partner with technical leadership, product teams, and engineers to shape product design and ensure technical solutions align with organisational goals; take ownership of end-to-end solutions with autonomy.
• Lifecycle and Process Improvements : Enhance the software development lifecycle by promoting efficiency, maintainability, and scalability; develop innovative solutions to address system limitations and support high-traffic, dynamic environments.
• Leadership and Mentorship : Mentor developers, fostering professional growth and promoting collaboration and best practices within the team; help define engineering standards.
