Monthly Payroll Processing
- Compile and checking all employee attendance, overtime claims, allowances, commission, deductions, and other payroll-related data.
- Process accurate salary computation in line with employment contracts and statutory requirements for all healthcare employees.
- Ensure timely salary disbursement and reporting to the Finance department and relevant parties.
- Liaise with system vendor to resolve any HRIS issues related to employee profile, access and payroll.
Statutory Contributions & Compliance
Calculate and submit contributions for LHDN (PCB), EPF (KWSP), SOCSO (PERKESO), EIS, and HRDC, PTPTN / ZAKAT & etc.Income Tax Management
Accurately deduct PCB (Potongan Cukai Bulanan) as per LHDN guidelines.Register new hires with LHDN CP22 forms within the deadline to LHDN and manage tax forms (TP1, TP3).Submit Monthly Tax Deduction filings via e-PCB or e-Data PCB in time.Year-End Payroll Reporting
Prepare and issue EA Forms (Borang EA) to all healthcare employees before the statutory deadline.Submit Company Form E (Borang E) through e-Filing or e-Data Prais before the statutory deadline.Assist with annual salary increment, bonus processing, and promotion details update.Payroll Documentation & Audit Support
Maintain accurate, up-to-date payroll records and supporting documents for both jurisdictions.Provide documentation and clarification during internal and external audits.Prepare regular payroll reports and collaborate with Finance for financial reconciliation and reporting.Employee Support & Communication
Attend to employee enquiries on payslips, statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), income tax, and other payroll matters.Coordinate closely with Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and resolve discrepancies.Human Capital Support
Talent Acquisition : Assist the full-cycle recruitment process.Performance Management : Support the implementation of performance appraisal and follow-up on progress.Training & Development : Identify organizational and individual training and development needs through skills gap analysis and consultation with managers.Employee Engagement & Welfare : Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture.Compliance & Policy : Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.Compensation and Benefits : Administer compensation and benefits programs.Handle staff claims, benefits administration, and general HR enquiries.Prepare HR letters including contract renewal, confirmations, salary revisions, confirmation of appointment, and employment certifications & etc.Support the HRA Manager with assigned tasks as needed.Updated staffs GPA listing and handle staff medical / SOCSO claims, if any.Conduct investigation and Domestic Inquiry (major misconduct) or attend conciliation at IR or Labour Department whenever required.Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant HR or payroll certifications (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional, Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management certification).Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Administration. At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in payroll or generalist roles.Familiar with local employment laws, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDC, etc)MUST Proficient in payroll software ( QUICKPAY).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.)Experience in dealing with healthcare regulatory bodies and ensuring HR compliance with healthcare laws.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Willing to travel to all Healthcare division for HRA matters.Working Location : Phileo Damansara, Selangor
