Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst, located in Cyberjaya, with the flexibility of some work-from-home arrangements. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and ensuring the effective communication of these requirements to relevant stakeholders. The role involves facilitating meetings, conducting data analysis, and providing recommendations for process improvements. The Business Analyst will also play a crucial part in project management and implementation of business solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
• Proficiency in understanding and documenting Business Processes and Business Requirements
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organizational skills
• Relevant experience in the technology or oil palm industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience with AI, Blockchain, or Robotics technologies is an advantage
