Overview
Handle employee disciplinary matters, grievances, and domestic inquiries in a fair and timely manner. Prepare and manage related documentation such as warning letters, disciplinary reports, and payroll records. Oversee end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.). Liaise with government bodies (e.g., JTK, IR Department) and ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies. Manage employee data updates, including salary, allowance, deduction, and leave information in the HR system. Respond to employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies. Support employee engagement initiatives such as town halls, dialogue sessions, and feedback programs to promote positive workplace relations. Review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with statutory and audit requirements. Provide guidance and training to supervisors on handling employee relations and compliance matters.
