Job Responsibilities
- The incumbent is responsible to provide an efficient support to company goals by meeting & exceeding their expectation on policy servicing related processes
- Manage production incident and ensure accuracy before signing off
- Manage system enhancement and ensure accuracy before signing off
- Manage and support product launching and ensure system readiness before and after launching
- Ensure periodic statement is sent out as per the time line set by regulator and internally
- Ensure checklist is used for new product launching
- Undertake project and task assigned
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree of any field.At least 3 years of relevant working experience specializing in User Acceptance Testing, System Support or equivalent from insurance companies .Strong knowledge on life insurance practices, insurance products and policy servicing processes.High level integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.Able to work under pressure.#J-18808-Ljbffr
