Overview
Identify and evaluate potential dealers to expand the dealership network. Ensure dealers adhere to company standards, policies, and guidelines. Prepare proper Showroom CI guideline and documentation. Conduct regular dealer assessments to ensure compliance with operational standards. Stay updated on new product launches, industry trends, and competitive activities to relay the information to dealers. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders in the dealership network.
