Overview

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.

Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.

Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.

Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café, including counters, tables, and equipment.

Refill ingredients and supplies as needed.

Provide friendly, attentive service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
