Requirements

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

  • Operations & Service Center Manager
  • to lead our Service Delivery team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
  • managed services, IT service management, and team leadership
  • ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients. You will be responsible for
  • overseeing service operations, optimizing processes, managing team performance, and aligning with global service teams
  • to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Minimum 5+ years of experience

  • service center / operations management
  • preferably in IT or managed services.
  • Proven track record in
  • managing service teams, workflows, and performance metrics
  • Strong understanding of
  • managed services frameworks (ITIL, ISO 20000, etc.)
  • and service delivery best practices.
  • Experience in
  • client-facing roles
  • handling escalations, and adjusting service models to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to work under
  • high pressure
  • and adapt to
  • fast-paced, demanding environments
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • written and spoken) to coordinate with regional and global teams.
