- Operations & Service Center Manager
- to lead our Service Delivery team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
- managed services, IT service management, and team leadership
- ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients. You will be responsible for
- overseeing service operations, optimizing processes, managing team performance, and aligning with global service teams
- to meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Minimum 5+ years of experience
service center / operations managementpreferably in IT or managed services.Proven track record inmanaging service teams, workflows, and performance metricsStrong understanding ofmanaged services frameworks (ITIL, ISO 20000, etc.)and service delivery best practices.Experience inclient-facing roleshandling escalations, and adjusting service models to meet customer needs.Ability to work underhigh pressureand adapt tofast-paced, demanding environmentsFluent in English and Mandarinwritten and spoken) to coordinate with regional and global teams.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proactive, customer-focused mindsetwith a passion for service excellenceBenefits
