Job Descriptions

• Facilitate and run daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team.
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals, in collaboration with senior management.
• Prepare system documentation, e.g., functional specification, and user manual, etc.
• Act as a mediator between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals and milestones.
• Work with developers to support and conduct end user acceptance testing.
• Work with business parties to confirm delivery schedule and follow up the system implementation.
• To help team lead or project manager to build up team business domain knowledge including business knowledge repository maintenance, new joiners' business knowledge training up.
• Translate client requirements into detailed project documentation and actionable tasks for development teams. Create comprehensive project timelines, plans, and work breakdown structures to ensure deliverables are met on time.
• Monitor and report on project progress, manage project risks, resolve issues, and negotiate solutions to ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Utilize Jira software for task tracking, backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization of development tasks.
• Perform requirement analysis, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysis as part of business analyst responsibilities.
• Foster a collaborative environment within the development team and promote continuous improvement by integrating innovative techniques and tools into the project management process.
