Job Descriptions

System Design and Implementation :

  • Design, implement, and maintain complex systems and infrastructure solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements for new systems.

Network Administration :

  • Manage and optimize network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions to enhance reliability.

    • Server Management :

  • Administer server environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Monitor server performance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.

    • Security and Compliance :

  • Implement and enforce security measures to protect systems and data.
  • Ensure systems comply with industry regulations and standards.

    • Backup and Disaster Recovery :

  • Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
  • Test and validate backup and recovery procedures regularly.

    • Technical Support :

  • Provide technical support to end-users and resolve system-related issues.
  • Collaborate with helpdesk and support teams to ensure timely problem resolution.

    • Documentation :

  • Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Keep documentation up to date with changes and enhancements.

    • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a System Engineer or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of system administration, network protocols, and security practices.
  • Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
  • Proficient in CentOS and other Linux distributions
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
