Overview This is a full-time, on-site role located in Malaysia for a Reliability Engineering Manager. The Reliability Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing reliability engineering activities, including troubleshooting and site reliability engineering tasks. Daily tasks will involve managing engineering teams, ensuring the reliability of operations, and developing strategies to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to support uninterrupted plant operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee reliability engineering activities and site reliability engineering tasks.

Manage engineering teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment reliability and overall efficiency.

Collaborate with safety, maintenance, and operations to uphold safety and sustainability practices.

Qualifications

Reliability Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, and related skills

Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Experience in Engineering Management

Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience in the industrial gases sector is a plus

Commitment to safety and sustainability practices

Ability to work on-site in Malaysia
