Job Responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish creative content on various social media platforms (Facebook, Blog, Website, etc.) to create buzz, interact with users, grow followers, and build customer loyalty
• Transform new ideas into attractive topics and related content by writing editorial content to create customer excitement
• Gather information from multiple sources to compile accurate and meaningful product and service information that enriches the online platform
• Verify facts, information, and statistics based on standard reference sources
• Translate text between English and Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin and vice versa
