Talent Acquisition Partner - Contract (2 years)
Samsung Southeast Asia & Oceania is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our human resources team for a contract role of two years.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract outstanding talent and support business performance.
- Establish recruitment policies, standards and processes and hire top talent in accordance with the required business organization.
- Plan and execute talent sourcing and search activities using diverse channels.
- Facilitate the interview process, evaluate candidates and produce selection reports according to evaluation criteria.
- Design compensation packages and conduct employment compensation negotiations.
- Assist with onboarding activities, provide prerequisite training and prepare employment documents for new hires.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree with a minimum of 4 years related experience.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of handling moderate‑scope problems and reviewing various factors.Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.Excellent communication skills and capability to work independently with general instructions on routine work.Experience in talent acquisition within a large organization is preferred (not mandatory).Seniority Level
